About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior V ideo E ditor to join our in-house content team . They will be an individual contributor who will work with an in-house team of cinematographers, designers, motion graphics & 3D experts to create content for day-to-day social media, corporate & internal videos as well as larger film projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities for this role include-
- - Editing Videos for Ultraviolett e\u2019s social pages & brand films.
- - Working on color grading and sound design of a video.
- - Cutting shorts, t easers and format adapts from existing films.
- - Creating lower thirds and minor motion graphics using After Effects.
- - Reviewing RAW footage
- - Editing quick/ short social media savvy stories & l ong format stories
- - Understanding the nuances of the script and nature of the project to deliver an edit that meets the brief and the deadline.
- - Giving creative inputs to enhance stories through editi ng
- - Having knowledge and experience of the content production process
- - Having a good understanding of visuals and audio/ music
- - Maintain a library of reference videos for various edit styles, especially in the automobile & tech industry.
- - Organizing and maintaining backups of RAW files, edits and final videos.
- - The role is not restricted to video editing but also requires you to act as a co-creator of interesting content for the brand.
We are looking for someone who
- - Is a professional editor with 4 to 7 years of experience in editing videos for brands / social media creators
- - H as worked on Social Media content (Instagram reels, YT videos/shorts) / brand films / long format videos .
- - Possess es in-depth knowledge of Premier Pro.
- - Has a working knowledge of After Affects.
- - Has an understanding of different types of color grading techniques & basic sound design. - Has a portfolio showcasing interesting short or long format videos for brands/ content creators
- - An Expert in different editing styles that are native to the video type (
