Aboutthe Team:
Aftersales and Service department is responsible for maintenance and repairs of products sold by Ultraviolette Automotive. We are a technical team who provide support and services to all consumers/ customer both internal to the company and outside to customers who purchase UV products. We are technically and futuristically driven to solve field issues and ensure customer satisfaction whilst using UV products.

JobSummary:
This position involves managing and optimizing dealer service processes, leveraging the Dealer Management System (DMS), Electronic Parts Catalogue and any other relevant softwareand implementing industry best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency. The role requires analyzing market trends, bench marking against competitors, and collaborating with dealerships to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be responsible assisting in planning service strategies, forecasting service requirements, and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards across the service network/workshops. This position is ideal for professionals possessing a strong understanding of dealership operations, workshop expansion processes, and customer service excellence.

JobResponsibilities:
Dealer service process optimization through benchmarking and developing best suited practices.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting frequent audits.
Documentation of finalized service process/plans etc.,
Conduct market studies and analyze customer feedback and market trends to develop strategies for service enhancement.
Assist in planning and implementation of service related strategies to improve customer retention and royalty.
Forecast plan for service volumes, Tools/equipment requirement and technician requirement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with organizational goals.
Facilitate new and existing workshops on uniforms, new service tools, value added services, technologies/software, and methods etc.,
Prepare periodic reports on dealership performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and service quality.

JobRequirements:
Experien ce:
4 -5 years of experience in service planning or a related role within the two-wheeler or automobile industry.
Familiarity with industry-specific best practices and emerging trends.


Skills:(Please add the tools / platforms / Software / Hardware experiences)
Example
Effective communication skill
Proficiency in presentation, Data management analysis, DMS, ERP software.
In-depth knowledge of dealership service operations and customer service protocols
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market and industry studies

Education:
Bachelordegree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering or equivalent Degree
Soft Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly andconcisely with internal teams, dealers, and suppliers.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with dealers, service teams, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking toidentify root causes of service challenges and propose solutions.
Efficiently plan and prioritize tasksto meet deadlines
Proactively develop strategies toimprove service processes and dealer performance.
Ensure accuracy in data analysis,reporting, and implementing service processes.
Monitor dealership operations toidentify and correct inefficiencies.
