Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

• Provide timely and efficient technical support to customers and dealers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electric 3-wheelers, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.

2. Service Operations Management:

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including customer complaints, resolutions, and parts replacement.

3. Service for Fleet Management Companies:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet management companies to understand their operational requirements.
• Ensure the seamless operation of fleet vehicles by offering preventive maintenance schedules and quick resolution of service requests.
• Conduct regular fleet health checks, provide detailed reports, and recommend performance optimization measures.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to minimize vehicle downtime and improve overall fleet efficiency.

4. Dealer and Technician Training:

• Train and support dealers and technicians on vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct workshops and technical sessions to enhance knowledge and service quality.

5. Field Support:

• Visit customer sites and dealerships to provide on-site technical assistance as needed.
• Offer specialized support to fleet operators to address their unique service needs.

6. Spare Parts and Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the parts team to ensure the availability of critical spare parts at service centers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to avoid service disruptions.

7. Product Feedback and Reporting:

• Gather and report product performance data and customer feedback to the engineering and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to reduce downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vehicle servicing of 4-6 years preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including battery, motor, and controller technology.
• Experience in working with fleet management companies is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
