Financial Analyst - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
• Monitor and report on budgetary variances.

3. Data Interpretation and Insights:

• Interpret financial results and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives or proposed projects.

4. Market and Industry Analysis:

• Research and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks.
• Prepare recommendations based on industry data and financial analysis.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
