Job Title-QC Engineer

Department-Quality

Division-Aerospace

Reporting to Functional Head

Location- Walchandnagar

Reportes - SS/ Inspectors

Experience -2 to 4 Years

Qualification- DME /BE(Mechanical)

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes

• Knowledge of Aerospace jobs requirement.
• Exposure to Aerospace environment.
• NDE Level (PT/MPT/UT/RT/VT)
• Good drawing readings skill
• Target oriented / Team work
• Sincere & Hardworking, Honest

Main responsibility

• Preparation of Quality assurance plan/Inspection formats/Procedures/Check list etc
• Inspection area- Raw material inspection.
• Inspection area- In-process & Final Inspection at shop as well at vendors end.
• Interaction with TPI/ISRO/DRDL/HAL inspector for acceptance of the assigned job.
• Timely compilation of the documentation.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of ASME section and AERO Standards
• Knowledge of Aerospace and Missile job requirement, Hydro Test and Proof Pressure Test.
• Knowledge of Advanced inspection techniques like optical/Laser tracker/CMM etc
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Problem solving techniques
• Awareness for IMS/ISO standards etc
