Position: Sr Manager - Control Tower

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and optimize our Control Tower Operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of our products to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Control Tower Leadership:

- Oversee the daily operations of the control tower, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.

- Develop and implement robust processes and systems to monitor and track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery performance.

- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

2) Exception Management:

- Develop and implement effective exception management processes to address and resolve issues promptly, such as delays, damages, and customer complaints.

- Proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding any shipment delays or issues.

- Root cause analysis of exception flows and drive preventive actions ensuring it is not repeated again

3) Performance Management:

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Warehouse & Logistics team, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.

4) Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Tech/ Product, Growth, Operation, Process Excellence, customer service, and finance teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of post MBA experience in Control Tower, with a strong focus on distribution and transportation.

- Proven track record in leading and managing teams.

- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
