Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our company's supply chain operations of 3000+SKUs & Multi locations deliveries. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling multiple SKUs and multiple stores.

- Inventory planning & Warehouse Operations is the core of this profile. We do not want a logistics profile.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning & Control: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management. Re-Order Point, Store Arrangement & Ensuring inventory match of 99%+ match.

2. Team Management: Manage and provide guidance/training to a team of 15+ on role and 50+off role team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

4. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.

5. Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Logistics, highlighting key supply chain metrics.

6. Daily Cycle Count : Ensuring Cycle Counting is done at Each Store.

7. Data Maintenance: Maintaining critical reports like Distribution, Exchanges, acknowledgements, Inventory Count.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of at least 7-10 years in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or multi-store environment.

2. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization techniques and should have handled multiple SKUs.

3. Experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools, with a good understanding of ERP systems. SAP or Zoho will be a plus.

5. Strong Hold on MIS tracking and Excel

6. Education background of Supply Chain will be a Plus.
