B2B Head- Corporate Gifting | Drive Growth in HORECA & Institutional Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B growth strategy, focusing on the hospitality, Co-living Spaces, and corporate sectors.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and actively cultivate new partnerships with key decision-makers in the target markets, including Architects, Interior Designers, and builders.
- Spearhead client acquisition efforts, exceeding onboarding goals for new clients while implementing strategies for exceptional client retention.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative B2B sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
- Oversee all aspects of the B2B P&L, demonstrating strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new market opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve B2B operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B Corporate Gifting, sales and business development, preferably within the FMCD (Facilities Management, Construction & Design) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding client acquisition and retention goals in a B2B environment.
- Extensive experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnership development.
- Excellent financial acumen with a strong understanding of P&L management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Architects, Interior Designers, and builders.
- A results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to develop new products as per the requirement of the industry.

- Proven success in driving B2B growth across diverse industries.
