Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to drive our human resources strategy, supporting our people and business goals as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of HR experience, primarily within SaaS or IT environments, and will be responsible for creating and executing HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational growth. This role demands a strategic leader who can enhance our employee experience while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in SaaS and IT fields, ensuring an efficient, positive hiring experience and strong onboarding processes.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by developing engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and implementing retention strategies.
- Learning and Development: Design and manage L&D programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and skill-building across the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, work with leadership to set clear expectations, and develop career progression plans.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse, inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
- Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, regularly reviewing and updating HR practices.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to leadership on turnover, engagement, productivity, and other key indicators.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience: 10-12 years of HR experience, with a significant background in SaaS or IT companies.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, people management, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of building successful HR programs in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS, talent management software, and analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
