Inovaare Corporation - Senior Lead - Human Resources (15-20 yrs)

Role: Senior HR in a leadership role.

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Eligibility:

Education: MBA with HR specialization.

Work Experience: More than 15 years of relevant experience in IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with Business objectives.

- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with the best practice.

- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development and organizational change.

- HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work in partnership with the operational management teams to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people's performance in line with business needs.

- Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with company policies and best practice, including discipline, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management.

- Lead the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.recruitment, payroll etc.

- Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.

- To ensure a smooth recruitment process, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent.
