Role & responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
• Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Teams and face-to-face.
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
• Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
• Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
• Maintaining employee records and processing payroll in a HRM system.
