Role & responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment for Sales Marketing, corporate position and at plant division and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the Staffing needs within TAT.
• Having exposure in sourcing of accounts, procurement, IT, sales support, logistics, business analyst, Mechanical engineer, Quality engineers, Quality Analyst, maintenance engineer, production engineer or related roles.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, paid and unpaid portals, social media, LinkedIn etc.
• Scrutinizing the resumes and interacting with candidates as per the competencies required to perform the KRA and KPIs
• Scheduling the interviews virtually and in person.
• Achieving the daily targets of resume sharing and self targets of joiners.
• Reducing time-to-fill, increasing the quality of hires
• Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Willing to take the initiatives and challenges to deliver.
