Job Title: Store Incharge

Department: Warehouse/Operation
Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in assembly line management, preferably in the luggage or manufacturing industry.

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the inventory and day-to-day operations of our store in the luggage industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that stock is accurately recorded, stored, and handled, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the stores stock, managing orders, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and store luggage products and accessories accurately.
• Keep track of stock levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and replenish stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and avoid stock outs.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using store management systems.
• Product Display & Store Maintenance:
• Oversee the arrangement and display of luggage products in the store, ensuring attractive and accessible setups.
• Ensure that the store is clean,organized, and visually appealing.
• Supervise proper labeling and pricing of items.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and helping them choose luggage and accessories.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
• Ensure that products are well-presented and available for customers to view.
• Order Management:
• Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of orders.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and train store assistants and staff on inventory procedures and customer service standards.
• Delegate tasks and ensure staff productivity.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all stock movements are recorded accurately and in compliance with the company's guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and inventory discrepancies.
