Logistics Manager

**Job Description:**  

We are looking for an experienced **Logistics Manager** to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in logistics management within the FMCG sector.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Develop and maintain efficient logistics plans to align with company goals.  
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, transporters, and warehouses.  
- Optimize route planning and transportation methods to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.  
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.  
- Maintain all necessary documentation for shipments and ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.  
- Address and resolve issues related to transportation delays, logistical bottlenecks, and inventory discrepancies.  
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and clients.  
- Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and service providers.  

**Requirements:**  

- At least **4 years of experience** as a logistics in-charge in an FMCG company.  
- Bachelors degree in any stream; a diploma in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.  
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.  
- Accuracy in handling logistics paperwork and inventory records.
