Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management:
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to support business objectives.
• Optimize supply chain processes for inbound raw materials and outbound finished

goods.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Transportation and Distribution:
• Manage transportation operations, including freight, carrier selection, and route

optimization.

• Ensure proper handling and transportation of hazardous materials in compliance with

regulations.

• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory and Warehousing:
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Supervise warehousing operations to ensure proper storage and security of chemicals.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, national, and international chemical

safety regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation for hazardous material handling and transportation.
• Collaborate with the safety and compliance team to address risk management concerns.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the logistics team to foster a culture of accountability and efficiency.
• Develop training programs to enhance the teams skills and knowledge of chemical
