Role :- Manager-Logistics (Central )

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth while enhancing operational excellence.

Objectives of this role

• Support strategy execution for logistics management across factories Outbound & Inbound
• Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for logistics mgmt and vendors
• Develop and implement national transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to appropriate personnel
• Maintain awareness of industry and global logistics trends that will benefit company in the marketplace
• Manage transport and logistics to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
• Implement cost management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with different teams to streamline processes.
• Lead and mentor fostering a high-performance culture

Responsibilities

• Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken
• Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions
• Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project database, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules
• Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements of the supply-chain network
• Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
