Senior Manager - D365 finance and project management

Job description and responsibilities:

• D365 finance subject matter expertise : 12+ years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX as finance consultant and project management. As a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, specialized and hands on in accounting, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, SCM and GST compliance and should have strong experience in defining/critically evaluate finance processes and work closely with finance leadership. Should have done minimum 3 end to end implementations on D365 F&O.
• Project management : 4+ years of experience in D365/AX project management of managing D365 new implementation/roll outs end to end. Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of D365 FO projects.
• Roadmap planning and execution: This role will involve driving the roadmap definition, prioritisation and execution for D365 team by collaborating with all stakeholders like product team, finance and business teams.
• Technical development and customisation: Drive the planning and development of technical integration of D365 and internal applications. Agile development and planning experience will a plus.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure that system functionality effectively supports business processes.
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX / D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Excellent understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge. Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Graduation in B.Com, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA  is preferable.
