Role & responsibilities

IPQA personnel are responsible for to take plant round for monitoring of entire

production operations and confirm quality conformance to specifications in shift.

2. IPQA personnel are responsible for to issue and control of SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, BCRs

and finished product label/product container seals /sealing of the containers as the

part of IPQA activities.

3. IPQA personnel are responsible for to review BMRs, BPR and analysis records before

release of API.

4. IPQA personnel are responsible for to perform sampling of APIs, maintain its records

and ensure the cleaning of sampling tools.

5. IPQA personnel are responsible for to provide line clearance at the time of product

changes over.

6. IPQA personnel are responsible for to perform the documentation control activity at

site.

7. IPQA personnel are responsible for to monitor/Maintain/Review of Records and

Handling of controlled/Retained samples of Intermediates/Finished API.

8. IPQA personnel are responsible for Verify the area label with the process going on in

the area, verification cleanliness of area and operation, verification of status label of

equipment

9. IPQA personnel are responsible for Check the balance calibration records.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 1-3 Years in IPQA

MSc Chem/B.Sc./B. Pharm or other equivalent
