Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2C Sales by converting leads and inquiries gathered through various sources on a daily basis.
- Connect with customers through cold calling, emailing, WhatsApp, or face-to-face interactions as needed.
- Prepare insightful reports on outcomes and analyze business satisfaction and development needs.
- Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Understand customer buying stages/processes and create effective sales funnels, including cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Efficiently manage leads and prioritize quality leads over lower priority ones, balancing time effectively between old lead follow-ups and new leads.
- Confidently interact with individuals of all positions via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or phone calls.
- Match products with prospective clients and generate leads effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in communication skills, with a soft-spoken demeanor.
- Passionate about sales with a desire for a future career in this field.
- Deep understanding of customer buying stages/processes and the creation of sales funnels.
- Capable of managing numerous leads and utilizing time efficiently between quality leads and lower priority ones.
- Confident in direct interactions via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or phone calls.
- Ability to match products with prospective clients and generate leads accordingly
