Achieve sales and business targets, including client acquisition by promoting the firms investment products to local and overseas high net worth clients
Coordinating all marketing efforts to territory including email/fax blasts, postcards, direct mailers, marketing reports
Deliver unparalleled investment advisory services in person, by phone and other means of correspondence while adhering to the regulatory and compliance requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager for the Direct Business

Plan and execute promotion activities and conduct performance analysis
Sales Executives set departmental goals, individual quotas, and timelines. They provide regular feedback, communicate updates, and support their team by answering questions.
Sales Executives produce reports such as conversion rates, sales data, and market trends. These reports help educate and motivate their teams and provide insights to higher management.
Involves gathering and analyzing market data to comprehend target markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. This research informs sales strategies and helps identify new prospects.
Sales Executives ensure efficient team operations, clear roles, and effective communication with other departments. They evaluate sales processes to achieve optimal results.
Beyond making sales, they maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, offering complementary products, and updating customers on new offerings. Regular check-ins and prompt responses build trust and loyalty.
Support senior sales staff with daily client inquiries and trading flow
Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities. Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants.
Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and
executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants.
Acts as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of
the sales and marketing process.
Coordination with Branches in the Region/Location
Selling of products at the location and areas in and around the identified location and Relationship Building for generating sales
Prospecting of customers through New client acquisition, network, database, References, and open market
Liaise with his Branches/investors/depending for selling/targeting specific schemes as identified by the business head
Build and maintain healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business
Penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans Role & responsibilities
