Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team specializing in the sales and marketing of high-rise apartment projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and guiding them through the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Provide detailed information about the project, including amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, including follow-up calls and email communications.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers with high purchase intent.
  • Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a professional and positive image of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the high-rise apartment sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Enthusiastic and driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
