Role & responsibilities

• Vendor Management (Vendor Account Managers)/ Vendor Escalations.
• Courier NDR/Bills clearance, wt disputes, Vendor Performance pickups.
• Customer Returns management, Escalations Queries resolver.
• Order Dispatcher according to best fit, Overall Dispatch Management.
• New vendor Acquisitions/ Planning and develop business strategy with vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate & Post Graduate in operations domain
• Communication skills should be sharp
• Professional & career oriented profile
• Should be well versed with startup culture
• Ability to think creative ways to engage , retain and maximize performance among teams
• Should have Above average Soft skills, good convincing and negotiation skills
• Flexibility towards work responsibility, should be ok to involve in multiple roles and responsibilities.
