Accounts And Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger, including overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts; monitor variances and provide analysis.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate & Post Graduate in operations domain
• Minimum of 3 years in finance or accounting management roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho books, Tally) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Familiarity with budgeting software and financial modeling techniques.
