Job Description: We are hiring for a UK Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with UK-based customers and resolving their queries related to our process. This is an office-based position with rotational shifts, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with UK customers to resolve inquiries related to the process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance via phone, email, or chat.
• Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process-specific targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (not mandatory).
• No BE/BTech freshers allowed to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be flexible to work in UK rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
