About the Job:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our Customer Support Associates will provide Multi-level assistance by diagnosing and solving the issues with the goal of providing the best solution and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Voice communication
• Go to the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Quick and effectively build the rapport with the customers, diagnose and resolve issues
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times

Key Skills:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
• Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
• Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet company objectives.
• Meet performance and quality targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
• Stay updated on product/service information and industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Grade (Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or voice process is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Immediate Joiners were preferred
