Presales Manager

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Manager at Bangalore. This individual will play central role in collaborating
seamlessly with the Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams.
The positions suits well for a senior professional who can effectively work with geographically spread teams
as well as manage expectations with leadership.
The person will own all presales deliverables and its completeness and display ownership in driving
outcomes.

Job Functions
>Lead the pre-sales and go-to-market (GTM) activities for a business group.
>Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs and creating proactive proposals.
>Organize, plan, create, and deliver proposals, pricing, and other related artifacts for sales pursuits.
>Work closely with Sales and SMEs to ensure successful closure of pursuits.
>Coordinate with SMEs and Delivery team members to gather, synthesize, and contextualize
content for sales pursuits.
>Demonstrate ownership and proactively complete initiatives with minimal supervision.
>Apply critical thinking to the pre-sales process and influence and assist SMEs and other team
members in producing the required deliverables for sales pursuits.
>Attend globally spread sales and marketing events, championing offerings and capabilities.

Experience
>MBA or Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Engineering a related fields.
>Previous experience in a complex pre-sales process within medium sized or large IT services
companies.
>Proven ability to handle multiple proposals and pursuits concurrently, with experience in
multitasking and prioritizing based on sales priorities.
>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple
stakeholders.
