Technical Consultant - People Soft HCM/FSCM Modules (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and CRM modules.

- Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging of PeopleSoft applications.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for PeopleSoft applications.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft technical development and support.

- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and CRM modules.

- Proficiency in People Tools, Application Engine, People Code, SQR, and Integration Broker.

- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and workflow.

- Experience with cloud-based PeopleSoft implementations.
