Job Description :

- Issue Resolution : Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and implement solutions. Handle all levels of technical support cases, from basic user questions to complex technical problems.

- Root Cause Analysis : Use troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques to isolate the root cause of issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Escalation : Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

- Technical Advice : Provide advice and information to customers and partners regarding cloud infrastructure, best practices, and general support

- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Rubrik's solutions, data protection, and recovery strategies

- Network Setup : Configure network settings, including IP addresses, subnets, and VLAN tagging for both management and data networks.

- Node Discovery : Discover and register all nodes in the cluster.

- Interface Configuration : Set up data and management interfaces for all nodes.

- Security Settings : Configure security settings, such as encryption of data at rest and network access controls.

- VLAN Tagging : Optionally configure VLAN tagging for both management and data networks.

- Data Protection Policies : Define and implement data protection policies, including backup schedules and recovery objectives.

- Testing : Conduct tests to ensure the network is functioning correctly and meeting performance benchmarks.

- Documentation : Create detailed documentation of the configuration process, settings, and any custom configurations

- Cloud Account Setup : Ensure the cloud account is properly configured and has the necessary permissions.

- Cluster Creation : Use the Rubrik RSC (Rubrik Security Console) to create a new Cloud Cluster ES.

- Region and Version Selection : Select the region and version of Rubrik CDM software for each node.

- Instance Configuration : Configure instance types, number of nodes, virtual private cloud (VPC), subnets, and security groups.

- S3 Bucket Setup : Set up an S3 bucket for storing data, ensuring it has object locking enabled for immutability.

- Instance Profile and IAM Role : Configure the instance profile and IAM role for accessing the S3 bucket.

- DNS Configuration : Set up DNS nameservers for the cluster.

- Testing and Validation : Test the cluster setup to ensure all components are functioning correctly and securely
