Job Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and applications to meet business requirements.

- Design and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems.

- Manage and enhance ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management.

- Implement and manage CSDM standards for efficient data management and reporting.

- Oversee ITOM implementations and optimizations for effective IT operations.

- Administer and refine CMDB for accurate configuration management.

- Develop and maintain asset management practices and workflows.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

- Customize ServiceNow portals and develop new functionality as needed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow development.
