PeopleSoft HCM Developer - E2E Implementation (3-6 yrs)

Role Description :

- This is a full-time remote role for a Peoplesoft HCM Developer at Kiash Solutions LLP.

- The developer will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to PeopleSoft HCM, such as system configuration, customization, and integration.

- They will also provide production support and work on component interfaces.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in PeopleTools People code, App Designer, AE, CI and SQLs.

- Application Packages.

- Integration Broker and API development (Good to have).

- SQR & Data Migration.

- Core HR and Position management.

- Global Payroll.

- ESS/MSS functionality.

Location Bengaluru and Chennai.

- Immediate joiners (Must be able to onbaord us in 0-15 days).

Job Description :

- Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.

- Active Participation in the requirement analysis, software design,effort estimation, development and review processes.

- Support the team technically, solve technical challenges as well as understand the functional scope.

Qualifications :

- Analytical Skills and Production Support expertise.

- Experience with PeopleSoft and Integration.

- Ability to create and manage Component Interfaces.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Relevant certification in PeopleSoft HCM would be a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
