Product Lead SME

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Development:

- Develop and execute the SME product roadmap to meet business goals and market demands.

- Design innovative SME products, including working capital, term loans, and trade finance solutions.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor the performance of SME products and implement strategies for growth and profitability.

- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness in pricing, features, and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the SME Business team, credit, risk, compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

- Engage with sales and distribution channels to drive product penetration and utilization.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all SME products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for periodic reviews and updates.

Customer-Centric Innovation:

- Identify customer needs and gaps in the market to introduce tailored solutions.

- Enhance customer experience through digital transformation and process improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to achieve departmental goals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in finance, business, or related fields.

- 7 to 12 years of experience in SME banking

- Proven expertise in product development, lifecycle management, and portfolio analysis.

- Strong understanding of credit policies, risk management, and regulatory guidelines in the SME domain.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
