Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Experienced as a Product Manager in the BFSI & launching and managing financial products, including lending, insurance, and personal loans.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis.

- Continuously monitor product performance and define strategies for improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Understand customer pain points and behavior to develop user-friendly and innovative financial products.

- Develop and enhance customer journeys, ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage analytics to measure product success, track KPIs, and optimize performance.

- Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated on the latest regulations and standards in the BFSI industry.

- Ensure all products comply with local and global financial regulations.

Product Strategy & Development:

- Define and implement product roadmaps for lending, insurance, personal loans, and related financial offerings.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Develop business cases for new product initiatives and secure leadership buy-in.
