Product Solution Manager for Govt. Banking shall be responsible for managing the product Life Cycle for Govt. Banking Business including Sales, Strategy & Innovation. This will also include comprehensive understanding of all the key stake holders viz consumer, industry, regulator, organisation, channels, program banding with the following main responsibilities.
Handling Banking/Non-Banking solution piece for government customers through customised/tailor made products. This requires end to end execution right from understanding client requirement to implementation of solution, keeping in mind profitability of the Bank with the focus on digital initiatives
Product Development & Channel Engagement
- Understanding of CMS solutions
- Understanding of Digital Payments and Collection solutions like POS, QR, Payment Gateway etc.
- Presentation Skills ,like making PPT, making customised offer letters
- Develop, Improvise and manage the GBG product offerings.
- Develop strategies to innovate the product vis-a-vis competition.
- Liaising / Co-ordinating with all the departments of Bank and Regulator/s
- To define brand and alliance strategy
- Conceptualize & evaluate new functionalities for increasing the product penetration
- Managing tenders / e-tenders
- Conceptualize and execute Reward and recognition program and monitor transactions.
- Handling of Agreements with vendors & government entities
- KYC related issues /requirements of government customers
- SLBC engagement from State empanelment perspective
Portfolio Management
- Checks and balances on the portfolio to understand the portfolio behaviour
- Manage portfolio parameters like factors affecting movement of funds & other related transactions.
- Managing various stakeholders to improve the cohesiveness
- Consumer Experience & Life Cycle
- Customer onboarding experience & convenience
- Work across distribution platforms to improve the channel and customer value
Regulatory & Process
- Ability to understand and keep a track of regulatory landscape
- Understanding Data Trends, picking out inefficiencies in product/ process and formulating corrective actionable
- Manage process enhancements and Coaching & mentoring the Team to Drive the desired output
