Loan Operations Role - Wholesale Lending (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Disbursement Verification:

- Verify key deal terms (amount, tenure, interest rate, etc.) against sanctioned terms.

- Ensure all pre-sanction conditions are met before circulating disbursement memos.

- Track closure of open pre/post-disbursement conditions.

Handling Deviations:

- Verify and assess changes in deal terms or covenants, and circulate updates as per approval matrix.

KYC & Compliance:

- Ensure borrower KYC and regulatory checks (CIBIL, RBI lists, etc.) are completed.

- Confirm terms and security clauses are correctly reflected in the Sanction Letter.

Loan Documentation:

- Ensure proper execution of loan and collateral documents in line with sanctions.

- Track pending documents and ensure credit compliance.

Pre- & Post-Disbursement Activities:

- Ensure compliance with Condition Precedents and internal audits pre-disbursement.

- Upload executed documents and maintain records.

Security & Compliance:

- Track creation and registration of security documents (CERSAI, ROC) within timelines.

Post-Disbursement Monitoring:

- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate data maintenance for disbursement schedules and loan accounts.

MIS Reporting:

- Generate regular MIS reports for early warning signals on covenant compliance delays.

Policy & Process Improvement:

- Assist in formulating policies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications:
