Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at Atlas Transformers India Ltd., located in Vadodara. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, finance, business planning, and strategic initiatives. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, managing operations, overseeing financial performance, and driving sales growth. The CEO will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the company's goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as a CEO or in an executive leadership role within the manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors, preferably in the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of transformer design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- In-depth understanding of global energy markets, including regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and evolving energy technologies.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency, cost management, and financial performance in an industrial setting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

- Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan for the company that drives growth, market expansion, and leadership within the transformer and electrical equipment industry.
Product Innovation and R&D:
- Oversee research and development initiatives, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of transformer technology and energy-efficient solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage the day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics, ensuring production processes meet industry standards and customer expectations for quality and reliability.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring the company's profitability and sustainability while managing capital investments in new technologies and facilities.
Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards:
- Ensure compliance with global standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications, while navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for energy-related products.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the company's offerings meet market demands and customer needs in the energy, utility, and industrial sectors.
Global Expansion and Market Penetration:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for global expansion, particularly in emerging markets for transformers and power distribution equipment.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing executive team and workforce, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all areas of the company.
Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, market volatility, technology changes, and geopolitical factors that impact the transformer industry.
