Chief Digital Officer - Power Industry (10-20 yrs)

The position is with Power Industry and they are looking for Chief Digital Officer

Location - Mumbai

Job Summary :

- The incumbent will lead the implementation of the Digital journey in the Organization. He will help articulate plans, strategies and actions for approval from senior management and drive on the ground implementation and engagement with key stakeholders to realize the outcomes.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives

- Gain a thorough understanding of business & identify gaps w.r.t Customer Experience, Project Execution, Operations (Manufacturing of Towers and Cables), Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, etc.

- Conceptualize, develop, lead & execute transformational digital projects across all Lines of Business

- Identify the Digital levers to contribute to our Business Growth Strategy

- Engage Senior Management to understand the Strategy and Operational issues and articulate potential digital solutions

- Lead the cross functional teams to clearly spell out the solution specifications and execution plan & ensure successful implementation

- Lead business change management program to drive and ensure adoption to new ways of doing business

- Engaging the market & understanding the latest developments and opportunities

- Evaluate the vendors with right capabilities to partner on implementing the solution

- Liaise with IT and Technology teams to drive a common agenda on Digital Transformation
