Team Member Continuous Improvements with leading pharma company in Mumbai
- The Continuous Improvement team acts as the facilitator and catalyst to drive Cost optimization and business velocity.
- Key deliverable of this team is to grow EBITDA and improve process efficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement Team Member (Manager), as part of the team, will project manage the assigned process simplification or/and cost improvement initiatives.
- The incumbent will own a savings target and is expected to manage and drive cross-functional teams/ Project for execution.
- Incumbent will analyse large data sets from diverse sources, derive actionable data insights, engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders (ground level to leadership level), track / monitor project activities, and identify and mitigate project risks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Process Re-engineering or Simplification. Analyse current process & design business processes to drive velocity, agility and efficiencies. Design future digital ready processes.
- Cost optimization Idea generation and implementation.
- Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify new opportunities/ideas, work with external consultants, monitor project progress, debottleneck critical issues, manage cross-functional stakeholders and create transparency.
- Governance management and CI functional activities.
- Identify self-development opportunities and execute training plans.
Educational qualifications:
- Master's degree (business administration) or equivalent with ~2 years of work experience
- LSS Green /Black belt qualification.
Relevant experience:
- Relevant qualification, and experience of ~ 2 yrs
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data
- Ability to summarize and make crisp presentations that are Senior management ready.
- Ability to work under pressure, anticipate potential problems and diagnoses, evaluate and resolve problems as they happen in-order-to meet process performance objectives and deadlines;
- Ability to work in unstructured environment - from where insights need to picked and then providing structure
- Curiosity to explore best probable solutions in a quick manner - Excellent time management skills.
- English - fluent verbal, written communications and report writing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring and change management skills and business savvy;
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as project management skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work, proven problem solving skills;
