Job Description:
- The person is responsible for managing the hiring and onboarding in India and other countries in EMEU.
- Responsible for creating, managing and developing HR processes for Talent Acquisition from EMEU COE perspective.
- Working closely with stakeholders across all businesses and HRBP's to cater to the unique talent requirements and the unique hiring landscape for each country.
- Proper governance mechanisms to be institutionalized to ensure zero compliance issues
- Responsible for developing recruitment strategies for EMEU hiring and execution of end to end hiring in line with the budget approval by the EMEU Head.
- Streamlining the existing recruitment process/systems across countries.
- Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies for attracting talent with top-notch skills and the right personality.
- Develop process and systems for developing a readily available candidate pipeline.
- Analyse gaps in existing TA Process and systems to enhance and strengthen the usability in close partnership with HR Technology and HRBPs.
- Ensuring the compliance to internal processes and systems established by the EMEU Head.
