The position is with BFSI Company and they are looking for Rating Head - BFSI (Global Market)

Location : Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibility :

1. Ensure rating stability and timely corrective action; efforts undertaken for improvement of processes to ensure rating quality; quality of contribution in rating committees

2. Ensure timely delivery of assignments handled by the groups; outreach activities undertaken; ensuring regulatory timelines with respect to rating process as laid down in Rating Operations Manual

3. Proactive measures undertaken to smoothen rating execution; ensure overall compliance with laid down processes and regulations with minimal audit observations; committee participation/ presentation

4. Efforts undertaken towards brand building to enhance company's image and credibility vis- vis external stakeholders; market intelligence for maintaining rating quality of portfolio

5. Works towards fulfillment of organizational mission, strategy and vision; drives teams towards adoption of best practices; ability to do strategic planning and design organizational structures and processes; change management and ability to come with alternatives to improve quality/efficiency

6. Grooming, mentoring and motivating team members towards achieving their objectives with ethical conduct; encourage knowledge sharing among the group members and other colleagues; ability to empathize with team members; ensuring retention of good talent and having a control on attrition

7. Addressing and resolving client challenges; organizing effective presentations for prospective clients and investors, networking with lenders, investment bankers and analysts to remain updated with latest developments
