Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Manage and post job openings on internal and external job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
- Candidate Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the interview process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand job requirements, team culture, and business needs to effectively match candidates to roles.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing offer letters and ensuring all required paperwork is completed for new hires.
- Onboarding Support: Provide support to the onboarding process by ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building the company's employer brand by participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and other external activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
