Job Title: Marketing Executive - Transformers Component Industry

Location: Vadodara

Reports To: Regional Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in the transformers component industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to promote transformer components, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth in the industry. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to promote transformer components within target markets.

- Collaborate with senior marketing team members to adapt global marketing strategies to local market needs.

- Support the creation of marketing content, including brochures, technical datasheets, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

- Execute online campaigns (SEO, PPC, content marketing) to generate leads and improve digital presence.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics and KPIs.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the transformers component industry.

- Provide insights into customer behavior and product demand to support product development and marketing strategies.

- Assist in gathering data to evaluate competitors' positioning, pricing, and product offerings.

Event Management & Trade Shows:

- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase transformer components.

- Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and represent the company at events to strengthen customer relationships and expand the brand presence.

Sales Support & Customer Engagement:

- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, technical documentation, and other resources needed for client meetings.

- Coordinate and support customer-facing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand loyalty and engagement.

- Assist in tracking customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction through marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Brand Promotion:

- Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including website articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.

- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and communicate key messaging effectively.

- Support the creation of case studies, customer testimonials, and other content that highlights product benefits and success stories.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for senior management.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report on them regularly to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and product offerings.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborative initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the transformer components, electrical, or manufacturing industries.

- Knowledge of transformers, electrical components, or industrial products is highly preferred.
