Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall management, operations, and marketing of JITO, including its innovation arm, JIIF (JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation).

2. Develop and execute impactful strategies to enhance JITO's brand presence and engagement across all verticals and chapters nationwide.

3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and teams across all chapters to ensure alignment with JITO's vision and mission.

4. Lead the transformation of JITO from a traditional community-based organization into a structured, professionally managed, and future-ready entity.

Management & Operations

1. Supervise end-to-end operations across JITO's city chapters, national initiatives, and international projects.

2. Plan and execute large-scale events with seamless coordination and memorable experiences for diverse audiences.

3. Monitor and enhance the performance of regional and national-level chapters, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.

Marketing Mastery

1. Drive strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the JITO brand while resonating with the Jain community and the broader audience.

2. Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools to streamline operations and implement impactful campaigns.

3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing efforts across different chapters and verticals.

Team Leadership & Development

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across multiple chapters and verticals to achieve key milestones and maintain operational efficiency.

2. Cultivate a high-performance culture that promotes learning, collaboration, and growth.

3. Utilize strong people management skills to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and enhance leadership dynamics across different levels.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

1. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and organizational guidelines across all JITO verticals and chapters.

2. Implement rigorous quality control measures for all programs and initiatives to maintain excellence.
