Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
