Vihang Group is seeking an experienced Closing Manager (Executive/Senior Executive - Sales) to oversee the closure of real estate deals, ensuring all aspects of the transaction process are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless closure of property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Guide clients through the property-buying process with expertise and professionalism.
• Provide property options based on client needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle negotiations and close deals effectively. Coordinate and manage the entire closing process for real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
• Manage and track deadlines to ensure timely closure of transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in real estate closing or related roles, with a strong understanding of real estate laws and procedures.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong client-handling and deal-closing expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce software, and document management systems.
• Knowledge of RERA compliance is preferred.
