Job Description
- Attending to the walk-in customers and taking them through the entire project presentation and service them with excellent sales experience.
- Seek references from existing clients to generate business and also to build relationships with existing clients.
- Arrange and manage Loyalty events for booked clients and for their friends and family.
- To submit the work report on a weekly and monthly, or quarter basis.
- Update Salesforce for follow-up and feedback for attended customers.
- Any other report as and when required by the management.
- To be aware of changes in laws & norms.
- To be upgraded by the latest schemes and events ideas.
- To keep myself updated about the competitors across the market.
