Assistant Manager - MIS (Data Analyst)

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Collecting and interpreting data to help inform business decisions.
• Analyzing results, identifying trends, and generating insights.
• Developing data models and databases.
• Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions.
• Extract transform and load large and complex data sets from multiple sources.

Competencies Required for the Role:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Macros, VBA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) will be preferred and added advantage.
• Understanding of SAP platform to extract data and upload data

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Certification in advance Excel and Macro development if any
