Job Description
We are Hiring Cluster Manager for Vibgyor -Head Office Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Ensure to complete all task as per the respective calendar in the cluster.
- Ensure readiness of Schools (sports and events)
- Audit, Handholding & Mentoring of Team.
- Ensure all Tours, including sports, are conducted as per the calendar.
- Guide the SPA Coordinators to finalise SPA Base Timetable.
- Guide the SPA Coordinators for SPA allotment.
- Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Event Calendar
- Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Department Calendar
- Conduct regular Audits across Schools
- Induction and Training
- Surprise Checks
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sports industry
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Sports Management
- Should have knowledge about Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to travel to schools
- Knowledge about Business Development in sports industry
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
