Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Gurugram/Kolkata
Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRIS
• Design, generate and analyze HR reports to provide valuable insights to the leadership
• Ensure that HR data is managed in compliance with legal and company data privacy policies
• Develop and track HR performance metrics and key KPIs

What we need?

• Need 2-6 years of strong experience in HR data analytics/MIS
• Proficiency in data HRIS and data analysis tools
• Understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
