Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive software innovation, designing and architecting scalable and efficient systems.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality code using Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Spring.
• Build and optimize Microservices and develop robust Restful/GraphQL APIs for internal and external services.
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS and Azure to build scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using ORM, Event-Driven Architecture, and IOC, AOP concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Integrate AI and other emerging technologies into the software development process.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize Jira, Git, Maven, and Jenkins for agile development, version control, and CI/CD.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and improve development processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Frameworks & Technologies: Expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, Restful/GraphQL APIs.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Tools: Proficient in ORM, Event-Driven Architecture, IOC, AOP, Jira, Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Software Design: In-depth understanding of software design principles, architecture, and scalability.
• Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers while collaborating with teams to drive project success.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
