Automation Test Engineer (12-14 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Flutter testing tools.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand functional requirements and create comprehensive

test cases.

- Ensure test scripts are well-structured, maintainable, and reusable.

- Execute automated test suites to identify defects and regression issues.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and log defects in a timely manner.

- Generate detailed test reports to communicate test results to stakeholders.

- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth test execution and reporting.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of automated test suites.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Flutter application test automation, particularly for web applications.

- Strong programming skills in Dart and Shell scripting.

- Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and QA best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or other testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.

- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
